What is Mental Health? It's not something we should be ashamed to talk about!

Peace of Mind would be ideal to highlight Mental Health Awareness Week (7th – 11th May 2018) 

1 in 4 adults are affected by mental illness in one way or another throughout their lives and around one in ten children experience mental health problems.  .

Exploring:

  • Mental Health
  • How, who and where to get support
  • Supporting another person with a mental illness
  • Emotional triggers

Depression, loneliness, stress, anxiety - remember you are not alone!

Key Outcomes:

  • Pastoral learning
  • Increased subject knowledge
  • The value of teamwork
  • Self-expression
  • Public speaking
  • Confidence building

A Play in a Day for up to 30 KS2/3 pupils. Perfect as a springboard to open up discussion in class between peers, parents and teachers.
