What a fantastic day- it completely exceeded my expectations. I honestly didn’t think it would be possible to get all of that done in just one day! The children absolutely LOVED it! The play content enhanced what we have already been learning and introduced new ideas, all done in a completely child-friendly way. Chris formed excellent relationships with the children, even in such a short space of time. He was energetic and enthusiastic and made the day really fun. Parents, staff and other children commented on how brilliant the finished product was.
Children who may not normally shine/those who don’t always perform academically were given the opportunity to do so and absolutely thrived. It gave them a real confidence boost and has inspired me to have a go at more drama/performance related activities in the future. I would love to do it again and would definitely recommend it to others.

The children thoroughly enjoyed their drama day and surprised themselves that they remembered lines and had the confidence to perform. The drama workshops and scripts were pitched perfectly for the children and they had a brilliant day! There’s so much to celebrate at the moment, from the World Cup to Wimbledon and even National Ice Cream day on the 19th July!
We know many of you may be approaching the end of term and looking forward to some summer fun. Here’s some fun and creative ideas you could enjoy doing in your free time…
- Inspired by this summer of sport? Have a go at football or tennis.
- Make your own ice cream, mmm!
- Have an odd sock lying around? Make your very own Sock Animals
- Recycle your Summer ice lollies to make a bird feeder
- Read a book
- Visit a local museum
- Have a picnic
- Waterfight!
