How will you redecorate your class room this September?

Classroom Design Ideas Autumn Edition

Well the summer holidays are nearly over, it's time to start thinking about how you are going to decorate your classroom this September. With so many themes/topics coming up this Autumn, we have comblied some classroom ideas to help inspire you!

Spread Kindness

Anti-bullying week is an important topic in the Autumn term, why not encourage kindness by adding some interative displays in your classroom. A creative trend crrently is the 'donut bully' display encouraging every sprinkle counts. This display is a large donut with small sprinkes ontop each with a positive word or compliment.

Reduce,Reuse, Recycle

Recycle Week is also becoming increasingly popular in schools and it is a great opportunity to create some impactful displays. Why not grab a fishing net and fill it with some of the trash you might find in the ocean, hang it on the wall as a display. This will serve as a constant reminder of the importance of recycling.

Grab a book!

In honour of Roald Dahl day, why not create a book sharing wall/corner where children can bring in their unwanted books and take home a book somebody else has brought in. This can be themed to Roald Dahl books or expanded to include any book.

What we have achieved

There are so many amazing displays you could do for Black History Month, why not celebrate some of the things that black people have acheieved over the years. There are many important discoverys, inventions and movement which people may not know where done by black people. A display of these achievements would be the perfect way to bring them to life.
