Try a relaxing activity 

Taking time to relax can be difficult in the modern world, but it can be very important for your mental health. Why not try an activity such as meditation or yoga. And you don't have to go to a class, there are so many free resources that you can use at home. 

What are you grateful for?

Staying positive and greatful is very hard to do when life is full of ups and downs. But remembering the little things can help you change your mind set and maybe help you to see the things you do have rather than concentrating on the things you don't. You can do this is many ways from writing things down to saying them to yourself over your morning coffee. 

Find a hobbie

Hobbies can be great getaways from our everyday life, find something you can do which you enjoy rather than being something you need to do. 

Have a good sleep routine

A regular and decent amount of sleep to key for good mental health, try and create a steady routine with plenty of sleep.
